Thank you for visiting our church website. As the pastor at Calvary Baptist Church, I am excited to see what the Lord has in store for the future of our church. We pray that you will consider joining us for one of our weekly services.

 

Personally, I was very fortunate to have grown up in a Christian home. As a young person, I put my faith in Jesus Christ as my personal Saviour. After finishing high school, it was clear to me that the Lord was leading me to full-time service for Him. I attended Bible college in Jacksonville, Florida, and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Theology. While finishing my Master of Theology degree, I married my wife, Janine, in 2012.

 

Janine trusted the Lord as a young person as well, and she has a Bachelor of Science degree in Primary Education. We have two children, AJ and Elaina. I thank the Lord every day for my wife and children. Janine is a great help to me in serving the Lord.

 

After finishing Bible college, I worked at the Immanuel Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida, as the Youth Pastor. Throughout the nearly five years working with the young people, we were able to see many young people trust the Lord as their Saviour. 

 

In September 2017, I accepted the call to become the pastor of Calvary Baptist Church. We believe the Lord is going to do a great work here in Junction City. We are praying that He will use our church to further the Gospel.

 

Our church is a very friendly church, and we have a great ministry for the entire family. I promise you that the people of our church will do everything we can to make you feel welcome. Whether you have just been stationed here or have lived here all of your life, Calvary Baptist Church is a place that you can call home.
